Terra Genesis Pro / Design governance
From site evidence to an issued design
All specialists work under Master Architect Gaurav Vatsa, the originator of Terra Genesis and author of the CFCPD Manifesto. Each option must retain a traceable connection to the site, design brief and model revision from which it was developed.
Five questions at every review
- Culture
- Which heritage fabric, local practice or sense of place does the option retain? Identify the source and the design response.
- Finance
- Which measured quantities drive capital or operating cost? Record the price basis and sensitivity.
- Community
- Who uses the space, who may lose access, and what evidence describes their needs?
- Planet
- What can be measured about retained fabric, land take, shade, water or energy? Identify any proxies.
- Digital
- Can the team reproduce the drawing and quantities from an identified revision with sources and units?
These are Terra Genesis design-review questions applying Gaurav Vatsa’s CFCPD Manifesto. The master architect determines the relative priorities for each project.
What reaches the client report
The option study records its input basis and geometry identity. The report reproduces footprint diagrams only for a matching current option, labels assumptions and carries open discipline findings forward. A controller receipt identifies a specific decision and revision.
