Start with the project documents

1. Input documents

   Register the issuer and revision of each brief, schedule or drawing. Keep the exact source file available for coordination.

2. Analyse input documents

   Review each quantity beside its source location. Resolve conflicts and explicitly choose which reviewed values to apply. Register CAD or sketch control points in model exchange.

3. Gather site information

   Open a project and go to Gather site information. Review the point and its regional climate, then register or map the parcel. Record its boundary, access, programme and planning assumptions. An area-scaled sketch remains provisional until reconciled with surveyed geometry.

4. Explore the alternatives

   Set the reference in Architectural typologies, then open Compare design options. Choose programme delivery, unbuilt ground, compactness or a balanced study. The engine tests up to 13 configurations and retains up to three alternatives that pass the geometry, delivery and parking checks. Re-run the study after a change to site evidence or the brief.

5. Review the evidence

   Open the control room to compare the available options. Read the measures, units and unresolved discipline checks together. Identify which discipline needs to supply missing evidence.

6. Record and export

   Select an option and record your rationale. Export a decision record for the team. A changed site or model basis requires a fresh review.

Open the development gateway and describe the design decision. With the server API connected, the GPT design reviewer identifies evidence gaps and the Codex development model can propose changes to floor count, building groups, building depth or orientation. You can also enter a manual proposal and preview its measured effect locally.

The master architect reviews the baseline, site and planning evidence, model geometry and numeric criteria. Returning a proposal preserves the rationale. Approving a current proposal records a controller receipt and applies only its approved parameters to the project in the browser.

Working with a project saved at another address

Projects are stored in the browser at the address where you worked. Export your project JSON from the earlier workspace and choose Open project in this studio. Transfer the file directly between your own browser sessions.
